Sadly not an impressive outfit. Lacks attention to detail and professionalism. Manager or owner, K Leigh? would rather argue than resolve an issue. Having done my homework after having my fingers burned I've found this to be the general view throughout the local area. Far better agents around, far better value for your money.... Read more

I am.a current tenant, I had some issues to talk about, went to the office to talk about them so we can sort them out. The lady on the desk was a true professional and talked to us with manners but the manager was very rude and very aggressive towards a situation with skin and bug problems that happened when we got in.. I would recommend that office if you have to deal with the manager... Read more

Unprofessional worst estate agent in Banbury. They sent us in a house where tennants were still living in. 3km from the centre and we said we did not have a Car. The agent did not even accept to give us a ride back in her car. She insisted we could take the bus when we told her many times there is not any. Oh.. And she arrived late for the appointment....
