We have recently had a bathroom designed and ordered from Beamans,the service we received was second to none.I didn't really know what I wanted but visiting the showroom really helped with our decision making.Sue was just brilliant and provided suggestions and advice,nothing was too much trouble.Callum ordered the bathroom for us and kept us updated throughout the whole process.Phil,our bathroom fitter was recommended by Beamans and he did a fantastic job.We are so happy with our bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beamans to anyone thinking of getting their bathroom done. I recently needed some sink trap seals and washers and was having no luck finding the correct sized ones locally on the Wirral. Family in Formby told me about Beamans who they had all used over the years for anything plumbing/ bathroom related. I emailed them and received a reply back very quickly from Chris in the Huyton branch saying they had the parts in, and not only that, he offered to drop them off at my cousins house on his way home as he lives nearby! Considering l only needed £5 worth of washers, this was above and beyond good service and saved me a 2 hour round trip from the Wirral. It's nice and unusual these days, to find a company who actually gives good service. I am only sorry mine wasn't a large order but if l need a new bathroom suite in future l know who l will call . Wonderful service from Beamans from start to finish . Choice of bathrooms was unbelievable and the customer service was outstanding, never felt rushed or pressured and recommendations on products were much valued until we got it right . A big shout out to Ant who installed our bathroom, fantastic guy . Did an amazing job on our tricky bathrooms , came back to finish the final touches (mirrors) . Our experience in beamans bathroom was fantastic we only went in at off chance the lady who look after us was Lyndsey and I was so pleased we went in that day from start to finish she couldn’t do enough for us, she really went out of her way to get the right bathrooms we needed as we wanted a bathroom and few en-suite she drawn us a plan how it was on 3D so we can get to see what it was like. she didn’t harish us she told us to get back to her which was nice and no pressure. We went back in to store she having her lunch but still made the time for us as I didn’t make appointment to come back in. all I can say is thank you for everything you’ve done for us.... Read more

Beamans are fantastic and their customer service is second to non! I was unsure on the shape and style of my bathroom and I was not sure what was possible. The wonderful Lyndsey helped me along every aspect of the design process and came up with ideas I would never have thought of. My bathroom is the best room in the house and I always get compliments on it, I am over the moon. Now a few months on, I am looking for accessories to finish the room off. Lyndsey was once again incredibly helpful and explained how the colour code / name convention works, provided me with the code, and even helped me get hold of a sample. Have had a very good experience with the staff at Beamans especially Lindsey her knowledge and experience dealing with our requests and questions has been great. She has guided us through our choices and I have never once felt pressured as you can often experience when parting with your hard earned cash. Bought a LED bathroom mirror which had just run out of its 2year warranty, had a problem with it, called beamans and without hesitation they delivered a new mirror to us approx 20 miles away from there showroom, as it turned out the issue was with our electrics.
