Appalling letting agents. So many issues, but the top ones being. 1) response times are often non existent and only communicate when repeatedly chased 2) we were hit with an additional monthly charge on the day we were due to move in, which we weren’t notified of and at that point we had no choice but to absorb 3) very poor inventory check of our property, loads of issues missed and still not addressed 4) did no check of the keys on handover and had only one front door key for a 4 bed house and told us we have to cut own own. Shocking on all levels, would never recommend.... Read more

My main contact was Zain, although whenever I spoken to others in the Leaders office, they were able to view my information, keep me updated and answer any questions I had. Our experience has been first class! After viewing one property, which didn't meet our requirements, we discussed with Zain exactly what we were looking for. When a suitable property became available, Zain contacted us and arranged a viewing straight away. And it did indeed meet our requirements - we love it!
