A star is too good for this outfit
Been trying to get them on the phone for 2 weeks
They don't reply to emails .
The shop/office is always closed
Do not touch them with a barge pole
To be fore warned is to be fore armed !!!

If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Had a leak in flat 2 months ago have called them on 3 occasions now and have had no update on the insurance claim I still have no electricity, damp smelling stairs and kitchen. Do not use leonards and peters. The managers are very rude. If you need a management company go else where

Every single issue was unresolved. Chasing them for 9 months about serious noise issues with upstairs floor. Strung along with no fix. Abysmal, shambolic service. Living here has been miserable as a result

Incompetent!
Had the displeasure of Leonard Peters being the maintenance company for our flat for the past couple of years. They are so incompetent it took me a week to make a payment due to issues at their end 2 months later received a letter demanding payment along with others I had previously settled with threats to inform my mortgage company. Wanted to get this sorted in person Google said it was open until 6pm get there at half 1 & the office is shut. I have previously had multiple correspondences with them to change my details on their system as they had made an error but yet the mistake is still apparent. If they can't correct one small error then they certainly cannot be trusted to manage money. That's without going into the blatant helping themselves to the maintenance funds when theres no obvious cause for the pot to decrease. If you're are seriously considering buying or renting a property & Leonard Peters are the managing estate agents I strongly suggest you run the opposite direction.
