Rebecca is amazing! She is very efficient, speedy and extremely helpful. 5 stars service! She replies my emails very promptly and got the apartment all sorted for moving in a rapid manner. I strongly recommend Lets Live Residential Lettings compared to others.

These agents were decent overall during our tenancy. However, DO NOT use the cleaning service they offer upon vacating the property. They will damage the property and will then deduct the costs from your deposit.

Ellie was always prompt and very helpful in finding our first home in Birmingham UK, coming from Dubai to UK and finding the first home to move in was no easy task but Ellie managed every detail at every stage promptly and we are happy we found Lets Live Residential Lettings and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a professional Letting Agency in Birmingham.

Estate Agent horror stories are a dime a dozen, so imagine my friends' surprise when I started praising my latest (and current) estate agency!
Initial viewing was pleasant with a friendly agent who was honest and knowledgable about the property and area.
Once I made my decision on renting the property, the registration process (okay the online form can do with a facelift) was easy, and I was awestuck by how quickly I received confirmation - something that'd often take a whole week with other agencies.
Prior to moving in the communication (mostly over email) were excellent, the fees were transparent and reasonable (on par with all that I've come across); the inventory was the best I've seen with great details (and pictures) of every problem with the property so I could sleep easy the first night without nasty surprises.
After moving in, I had a couple of problems (broken washing machine and leaking tap) that were resolved pretty quickly (although one took longer due to complications of my holiday); other minor problems that I wished to resolve I was allowed to with quick email exchanges.
Overall it's really the friendly nature of the staff that stuck me the most - it feels like I'm renting from real people who're invested in giving a good service, instead of a souless agency like most.

We decided to use Lets Live to manage the rental of our apartment based on both a string of positive reviews and a personal recommendation. We couldn't have made a better choice. Ellie and Kezia have both been a pleasure to work with - really reliable and proactive. Their communication is first class and the peace of mind they offer us is priceless. Can't recommend them highly enough.
