Ought to think who they let be their landlords. No bond = excessive amount of money wanted by them when you leave, adding on things that you reported and they never fixed (SHOCK! I was without a proper flushing toilet for a year!!) rude & unhelpful. Also won't give you information that you're legally required to know. Happened to multiple people that I know too, GOOD LUCK! Is all I will say, avoiding legal question and not replying to e-mails. The money may have been paid but it won't end here... Read more

If I could give it no stars I would, 1 star is absolutely more than generous. Extremely rude staff member that WILL NOT listen to you. Had a major leak and all she could snap was if I had water, gas and electric it wasn’t an emergency. It was a major leak that completely ruined the carpet, kids toys and toy box. And no one came to look for three days.... Read more

I highly recommend lets sell to anyone wanting to sell their property. They were proactive in promoting the property on their website, in their offices and in the local press. They produced sales particulars and conducted all of the property viewings in a very professional manner from first enquiries through to a successful sale, taking away all of the hassle of property selling.... Why is that much difficulty to rent a flat I have been with larards 4 years I don't owe you single penny and when I moved in number 11 story street it was like right mess I spent lot's of money on I didn't deserved that... Read more

I rented a property from Larards during 2007-2008 and then again from 2009-2011 and I always struggled to communicate with the staff, their lack of enthusiasm was always disappointing. I recently rang up with an enquiry about another property they had to let and was promptly given a very curt one word answer and then the phone was put down on me. I do wonder if the landlords of these properties realise how potential and indeed current tenants are treated?!... Read more
