Please please avoid this company. We were due to move into a property with these guys and had written confirmation from them of the move in date. 5 days before this date, the landlord cancelled the contract (which is technically not Let's Talk Property's fault). However, they didn't try to help us in any way shape or form. The manager of Lets Talk Property is especially rude, unhelpful and un-empathetic. When explaining our scenario to her (we were due to be homeless), she just got angry and defensive at me down the phone - not holding any accountability. She needs to listen to Jocko Willink and take ownership, instead of trying to clear her name and deflect the problem off of her. After a 1 minute phonecall from them explaining we can't move in, we had no follow up help. Again, it wasn't required, but they could have shown some basic human decency to us and referred us to some of their other properties. These guys and the manager especially are terrible - please avoid them!... Read more

Avoid. Dire management of the company as well as of the clients needs.Very difficult to communicate with, it is quite clear that the best will of clients and tenants are NOT their priority. I would not recommend to engage in any sort of activities with this lettings agency.... Read more

This company contacted me asking to let our flat, which was already up with another agent. The fee was originally agreed with Chloe and I told her what I was willing to pay, based on the rate I pay with the other agent. Omar then increased the fee over text. I quoted the exact fee and told him I wasn't able to pay that. He reduced by 1% and we agreed on an exact fee. The fee changed again with VAT and I told him twice I was getting a bad feeling about working with them. He tried to reassure me and I went ahead and signed the terms of business. The tenant then moved in and we received the invoice for the fees. Because the tenant had signed a 24 month contract they told us we were liable for 2x the agreed fee, taking it to double the agreed fee I had in writing. They cited a clause in their contract which states 'the fee is payable for the whole tenancy agreement'. I have never ever experienced such shadiness and dishonesty from a lettings company. We are an experienced property company and now face ending up in court to have this settled. Total hassle and I suggest you avoid.... Read more
