honestly I don't even know where to start, house was a tip, electricals we're messed up to hell, wouldn't allow a homeless person to live here, they would die of hyperthermia, icicles we're literally forming on my eyelashes, nails sticking out of the carpet, nearly went through my son's foot, I'm just thankful he's no longer toddler no more, please stay away from them.... I went to LetsandProperty Management yesterday to get some advice about where to invest in Grimsby. I was greeted and sat down. We had an informal chat about how the town is developing at the moment and areas to invest etc. They were most helpful even though it seemed a busy time for them. They are very professional, guided me with a map and gave me an investor pack with lots of information. We are now looking at properties and will be in touch again soon. I highly recommend this Agency as a landlord and I can imagine that as a tenant they would be very helpful and reassuring. Great customer service.... Read more

As a new landlord, Letsand was very patient with my questions regarding renting my property with them. Nothing is too much trouble. They found me a great tenant and to review their service to my tenant.....my tenant has had no problems with the agency. Maintenance issues are attended to in a timely manner. As a landlord, its great finding a letting agent where I can trust my property to knowing that I will be kept informed where needed. No hidden charges as well. A shocking amount of five star reviews in the past week - typical of this company - always telling lies and pretending to be professional. As a former tenant who they will no doubt pretend not to know, I always paid my rent on time and kept the house very tidy. Unfortunately the attitude problem towards tenants (and landlords) plus all the hidden fees made me move out and I am now happy with a rival company. Warning - They forced me to buy expensive contents insurance in order to rent the house, in hindsight I should have said no there and then... awaiting all the fake 5 star reviews...... Read more
