Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did....
