Hello I'm unhappy with the agency for me they are rood and they are not same with every one customer ....person who I know get a flat with no paper work at all ,I was send all of the type paper work to the agency for 1 bed flat who was in verry bad condition .After my first visit the women was kind and said like I get the flat I stop looking for flat after 3 days and lot of paper work they cancel my application without professional explanation! The properties who you gona find in the agency are damaged and are verry old dont waist your time if you are not english person you are not gonna get a flat from them ???? waiting of time !... If I was able to leave zero stars then I would. Julie from lettings direct has no care for her tenents. Nor does she care how she puts ex tenents into money issues. I was was lettings direct for over 3 years in 3 Diff property's. And In that three years had numerous issues with duty off care. But my worst issue is when I eventually left lettings direct. My property was always kept in a good manner and clean. When leaving I took the correct steps in handing notice for the correct time. Send an email stating this. When I handed keys back. I recieved no deposit back and had to fight thru the deposit scheme for 6 months to get it. She said that I hadnt given notice which I had. And iv since found out she was doing the very same to 2 others at the same time. Also of y0u take a properly from. Do you checked to make sure your deposit is handed over to a deposit scheme within 30 days of paying it. As the law states In 2 cases mine was.m not handed to deposit scheme for well 3 months and in the 3rdcase. I was never with a deposit scheme and was kept by Julie her self. All in all a very bad and wicked letting agent who doesn't care about there tenents. TAKE YOUR TIME BEFORE THINKING ABOUT LEASING FROM HERE... Read more

When I showed an interest in the property I finally secured, Julie ensured my viewing went well and in a very efficient and friendly manner. When I then had some serious problems with the landlord of said property, Julie and her team were on hand straight away to try to sort things out with the landlord to avoid any confrontation and bad feeling. As a letting agent I would say they will go above and beyond if and when required. Would have no hesitation in recommending Lettings Direct as a letting agency.... Read more

Previous tenant of lettings direct and certainly would not be recommending to anyone. If you need anything done or there is a issue of any sort they just tell you to leave or serve you a notice to leave rather than deal with the problem and julie is not a very approachable person as looks down her nose at everyone. Looking at the reviews that have been posted past few days are clearly made up because of a couple of bad reviews how very professional is this. STAY CLEAR.... Read more
