We purchased a property through Leverton Kerr and from the outset we found them to be the most helpful and approachable of all the agents we had dealt with so far. It was clear they thoroughly understood our requirements and those of the vendors to make sure the sale went though despite some difficult circumstances on both sides. Excellent communication (which sadly we didn’t experience with some of the larger agencies acting in the market) which is essential in such a potentially stressful process. Bernice and Nora made everything so easy and we would definitely sell / buy through them again if we were going to to it again in future. Can’t recommend highly enough.... Read more

My mum bought her bungalow through Leverton Kerr and after meeting Nora and Bernice, decided to sell her house through them as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are a great team, they’re very knowledgeable about the market and they made the buying and selling process so much less stressful. They also really do care. Both Nora and Bernice spent a lot of time with my mum reassuring her and guiding her through the process. Leverton Kerr really do go that extra mile. Bernice and Nora were always extremely approachable and helpful and were contactable throughout the purchase, able to answer all our queries and help us all the way.
