We were so lucky to deal with Julian on our purchase. From the very beginning right up until we got the keys, he was on hand to answer our queries. Nothing was ever a problem for him. The agent who dealt with us ( Robert Timbury branch manager) listened carefully to all our requests and always followed through on any agreements.On the rare occasions that he was not available a colleague slipped seamlessly into place to give advice. LewisHaughton Estate Agents were consistently efficient kind and well organised. Our mother's property was in Cornwall, but we live in Kent. LewisHaughton valued the property, advertised it, attracted much interest, showed people round and found the perfect buyer. The buyers had no chain and were a local family eager to make it their home. Despite a set back with a burst pipe and some renegotiating of price as consequence, all was well managed and speedily resolved. I have moved quite a few times and I have to say my experience selling through Lewis Haughton Wills has been the best! From the outset I felt welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. My property sold quickly and at this point many agents disengage but LHW were with me every step handing the process onto their sales progressor, Liz who ensured the conveyencing process was as speedy and stress free as possible. I found this level of support invaluable and Liz is worth her weight in gold!
