Very pleased and impressed with the property management service I receive from Reside Manchester. From purchasing through them 3 years ago, I’ve found everyone at this company to be professional, conscientious, dedicated, helpful and friendly. My property is well looked after with good tenants and so far no dreaded voids. After eleven years as a landlord, Reside are easily the best agency I’ve ever come across. A wholehearted recommendation.
This agency is absolutely horrible. They charge hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds for literally everything. Beware of the hidden fees. They like to charge you fees that are not even mentioned in your contract. Some of the people working there have no manners and no customer services skills whatsoever. Contacting them is useless since they won't try to resolve your issue or even apologise for any inconveniences and will make you feel like you've done something wrong instead. When something needs to be fixed in the flat, they take months to send someone over. They make excuses that their contractors are too busy. Even when the contractor was supposed to arrive, he didn't come and didn't even bother sending a message. I don't care if the contractors are busy or not. From my standpoint, I'm just getting a bad service. Why would landlords even bother paying you a monthly fee? You're not doing what you're supposed to do.
Moved us in very quickly! Kept in touch and were extremely professional throughout the process! Highly recommended!!!
This company writes its own reviews! Beware! Having received really poor service from Philip James, I can see a ton of 5 star reviews but they are fake. One is not even disguised.. Its written by their own director (Rob Cuffe). This company writes its own reviews to make sure the bad reviews they get are pushed down out of sight on pg 2 of review websites. This company is untrustworthy and if you don't believe me, sort the list by most recent and scroll past all the fake ones to the real ones! Oh look... 1 star, 1 star, 1star. BEWARE! They also buy properties themselves to rent out and to do that they don't pass genuine higher offers on to sellers so they can make sure they get houses for themselves cheap.
My wife and I have used Jordan Fishwick estate agents twice now.
The first time was in 2012 when they found us a buyer for our flat much faster then we expected and then managed the buyers expectations when he started pressing us to complete before we had found a new flat to buy.
The second time in 2018 they again found us a buyer in pretty quick time and then really put effort into getting the laid-back buyer and his solicitor over the completion line. They even convinced our buyer to raise his offer!
Many thanks to Liz Hill, and Megan Roberts for a thoroughly professional service.
JF are liars, unresponsive and charge outrageous fees to tenants. Avoid completely as any property let through JF is absolutely not worth it.
Amazing food, fab service and lovely relaxing atmosphere, highly recommend.
James Martin should be ashamed of putting his nane to this place.
To start we was given the menus in a wooden folder, two out if the four had nothing in them!
Secondly the table was set for 4 people, we had to get a side plate from another table as was not enough laid out, dont forget people this is a ' fine dining experience' .
The food is far too small portions for the expensive prices charged, when the main course came the steak was stone cold, after it was replaced, the veg was wet and not drained, again totally underwhelming!.
Sorry to say but yet another TV chef who is using his name to rip off customers with over priced badly served rubbish!
Rented a 2 bed property from this agent. I found the service to be impeccable. They dealt with all checks and paperwork quick and efficiently. The young man also went the extra mile and made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
Terrible estate agents - Numerous problems incurred since we were tenants. No heating for months, problems with beds etc. On top of this, it takes persistent phone calls and emails to get any response or to get things fixed. Probably the worst in Manchester - poor on every front
Fantastic service. I was looking to relocate to the area and viewed the property I eventually bought quite a few times. Jennie was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process from the initial viewing to picking up the keys. I would definitely recommend Stevenson Whyte to any potential purchaser.
Thank you for your help!
Everything was fine until I wanted to move out. I was falsely accused of causing excessive damp and the reason they gave was drying clothes inside (which was not true). They came to this conclusion after entering the apartment for a viewing with a potential new tenant while I was absent, and using the time to gather "evidence" by nosing around my personal belongings. The communication was terrible during this process both with the agent and the manager. At the end I had to arrange for the damp to be resolved and despite the property being professionally cleaned before my departure (to a better state than when I moved in), I was charged for cleaning the apartment and changing the mattress cover, which I never used (had my own cover). Very disappointed with the level of customer service.
