Great location and pretty neighbourhood. However, we completed before Xmas and still don't have a wardrobe for which we paid as it's part of the flat specificstion! We also ordered and paid for plumbing for a dishwasher, well before completion, and still waiting for a plumber to complete the plumbing - it's end of January now. One of the windows does not open and we are still waiting for them to fix it. According to the brochure the one month inspection form was meant to be received in the first week of moving in - it's been over one month after completion and still not received it. One of the site managers sent a painter to paint over scratches on doors (many) and a builder to attend to various snags, the builder could only rectify about half of the snags. E.g. filled in a whole in the plasterboard behind a radiator and said he'd come to sand it and paint it, but hasn't come. Pre-sale customer setvice was't good and post sale isn't good either.... Bought a 2 bedroom flat- can’t really complain with the property... a couple of small issues as expected with new builds. However, Trying to contact someone to fix these issues seems impossible. At least 6 emails without a response... and passed from one person to another on the phone. very poor customer service. It’s been 3 months since we sent our “snagging list” and we are still waiting. The demolished the historic Grange and convent for this development which no one in Chalfont Saint Peter wanted. The very least they could have done is not demolished The Grange!... Read more
