I have been trying to call to arrange a viewing many times, I also sent many email and nobody answered or even did a quick replay. I have spoken to Sharon on the phone and she never booked a viewing or refer the call to anybody who could arrange a viewing for us. She also wasn't friendly at all. The worst, unexperienced estate agency I've ever encountered. Instead of taking the required documentation at once they will tell you they don't need it, then they will call you 20 times coz suddenly they need this or need that or forgot to copy this... Absolutely ridiculous. They wanted from us 3 months deposit (who does that?!)coz we don't have proof of income, of course we have you just didn't want to copy it coz you said you don't need it, and as you told later you forgot to copy it????. Than they were delaying in giving the holding deposit back for no reason. Disgusting. Absolute time wasters! ... Read more

If I could put 0 stars out of 5 then I would have done so. These guys are complete cow boys who lured us into a supposed 6 month contract which we signed, and it later turned out to be for 12 months. They advised they'd spoked to the landlord and cleared it with them which could not have been further from the truth. The worst estate / letting agency I have ever come across. They were very awkward for us when moving in and insist on doing the bare minimum. We agreed a 6 month break clause, with 2 months notice, which they failed to tell the landlord. We then wrote to the agency, and explained we had to leave. They then preceeded to ignore our calls, and then send an invoice of fees to our landlord. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE USELESS CLOWNS.... Read more
