I purchased my apartment back in April 2021 and up until today I have been really happy with LionCourt. I bought the apartment to rent out and I only found out this week that I was not provided with a key to the front communal door to the apartment block (I had only ever accessed the property via the rear communal door as this is where the car park is). It was only when my new tenant let the agents know that there was no key to the front door that I realised I was never given one. I contacted Lioncourt to ask them for a key ( which should have been provided on purchasing the property) to be told that I would need to purchase one from the management company. After spending the best part of £200k I don’t expect to have to pay for a key I should have been provided with on purchasing the property! It’s left a very bitter taste in my mouth after what was an excellent experience.! All for the sake of £23? Not good at all.

At the beginning of Feb 2020 visited Ellis Gardens development (Newton) on the outskirts of Rugby and was held up by the sales lady there for nearly 2h promising all source of deals to us, was offered a deal on one of their 4 bed properties , 2 days later received phone call from her advising me that they can’t offer this deal anymore. ( simply proposing different plot instead and paying extra 11k on top what was verbally agreed couple of days earlier ) very disappointed with their inconsistent approach to customers. The same with Mortgage Bureau advisors offered by them, very unprofessional... being asked to provide all information and documentation, payslips, bank statements ect.... spent hours filling the forms and collecting all required documents, after sending them over didn’t even received email or phone call back. That’s so unprofessional!!! Very disappointed with both Lioncourt Sales Staff and Adviser from Mortgage Bureau. I have purchased previously from developers like Bloor Homes ! and they were absolutely brilliant! All I can say is to be aware of Lioncourt sales staff and their inconsistent approach to you. When you walk away from the sales office thinking that you found your house , unfortunately after a while you may get disappointing phone call as I did.
