1. Check your invoices carefully, or if you are on direct debit with them, I suggest you check your bills regularly because there can be mistakes and not easy to have them amend mistakes.
2. If you are considering signing a contract with them, make sure you read through every single word on that contract because they sneak changes into contract without reminding you. It’s a game of testing your eyesight.
3. After they agree on something through writing, they can take back their words whenever they like, not much trust any more on what they say in the future.
Other than the above, the office is nice, reception ladies are always very nice and helpful. Cleaning ladies are very nice as well. Good price compared to offices of better location.

It's a great place to work - freshly renovated, open 24/7 (!) with 24/7 free access to gym (!), everyday perks (pizza, toastie days, beer Fridays etc.) and very helpful staff (Natalia is doing a great job).

Our team was based in Chester House last year and can say it was a lovely experience. It was very professional with great amenities. The customer service provided by Cristiana and Jasmin was excellent! Really friendly and helpful.
We have recently moved into River Bank House and are very impressed with the customer service here. We had an issue with our ports and Natalia did not hesitant to go out of her way to ensure everything was fixed and running smoothly for us - she went above the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable . She's also always available to provide answers and creates a very welcoming and friendly reception for when our clients come in for meetings. The building is close to local transport and the facilities are nice.
We would recommend these spaces for anyone looking for a nice, inviting and professional place for their team/company.

We have recently moved into Riverbank House in Putney and are very happy so far.
Natalie in particular has been massively helpful to us, especially as we have needed quite a bit of help in our first week here.

We have been in the Riverbank House for nearly a year. Our office is bright always clean with a great River view.
The receptionist on the 4th floor Natalia is a super woman.... always ready to assist, professional, polite, helpful and reliable - every morning greeting us with a big smile so, 5 stars go to Natalia.

We have been based in the Fulham Green offices for a few years now, Jazmin and Cris are always happy to help and make our visitors feel very welcome. We also love the extra little things they do for us such as Pizza Day and Toastie Thursdays!

RBLA occupies a penthouse office in Riverbank House where the reception, cleaning and janitorial staff are nothing but friendly. The award for the most super efficient goes to Natalia Kostrzewska who is a stalwart of professionalism; polite, thoughtful, responsive, helpful and reliable - probably the best employee we have encountered in our three + years of renting an office here.

We have recently moved into Chester House and we are very impressed with everything so far. The building is close to local transport links and is maintained to a very high standard. The facilities are excellent, including a cafe and gym. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Cris and Jazmin have both been amazing and provided us with all the help and support we have needed to settle in.
