been on the phone 5 times to ask to speak to a housing officer about why my application hasn't been through. I've got one agent telling me one thing and another saying I have to contact believe housing

We have been treated disgusting we have tried on a number of occasions to speak to a housing officer everytime we get told they are not available and they will call us back but never do. Even the housing officers managers behaviour is the same. We have even told them that the state of the property is affecting our health. We think its absolutely disgusting how we are being treated when we have been a tenant for over 15 years and the amount of rent they have had out of us. But they would be ringing me if we owed money.

absolute disgrace, asked to arrange to speak to a manager only to be ambushed by one who basically said in no hold bar words that he could not care less about the residents or tenants, so what does that tell you about the care and quality of a housing association

I'm very impressed with Livin housing. For a social housing provider, they have provided from the start a good service. Being an ex military veteran, they have done their best, especially at the start, moving in to my new property from supported accommodation for ex military personnel. Ive had experience from the likes of karbon homes, which were terrible in everyway. So I'm pleased to recommend Livin housing.

terrible .My first time in social housing treated like a second class citizen that I should be grateful for what ive got. at over £100 per week the standard is shocking. poor organisation badly trained maintenance staff office staff.

I have been waiting 9 weeks for a new fence after the storm destroyed mine. To constantly be fobbed off with excuses. I have two young children aged 3 and 6 I also have a disabled son and a 10 year old and we have to lock the doors and walk around with the keys so the kids don't get out.

I had my back door lock replaced on Wednesday with a new one. When the joiner in question repaired the lock he took my Front door key with him. So when my window Cleaner came today I could not open my front door because the joiner put my new back door keys on my key ring and took my Front door key away instead of my back door key, so when I phoned Livin the woman on the phone told me I would be invoiced for £64 just for wanting my key back, I did not want my lock replacing I just wanted my key back

Customer service and complaints are a joke, Rats because livin can’t cut there own grass (next to my property) and very rude multiple times on phone all recorded and reported
