From a tenant prospective: No communication, you won't hear from them unless it's time to renew contract. The supposed to manage the property, such as garden, but they leave it to the tenant to do. When I moved to the property is was met in a dirty stated so I cleaned it and lived in it without complaining, but now that I have left the property after cleaning it myself they are trying to charge me £120 on cleaning services, WHAAAT!!. The house is cleaner than house you gave it to me! Poor communication, I have been sending them emails with no response. Upon moving I have noticed RED FLAGS of leakage (Cracked kitchen ceiling and fresh paint) I knew that they were covering something up; and indeed they were which they are now trying to charge my deposit for water leakage and floor repairment. Upon moving we requested reference, but we were force to access the charges for replacing floor in order to get a reference for our new place.... Read more

Everyone we spoke to was super nice and very organised. Can't fault the service at all. I booked a viewing through Rightmove and spoke to Karen about the property shortly after. Karen was very lovely and informative. On the morning of our viewing, Linda called us to remind us of our viewing and showed us the property hours later. She was so lovely. Although we didn't end up accepting the property, we were very very pleased with the overall service received.... Read more

Not worthy of one star, avoid this agency! All they are concerned with is getting you on the books, once you have signed the contract the service becomes shocking! From my experience they don't communicate between themselves or with the customer. They prioritise houses that haven't even signed onto their books and jeopardise potential sales of your house. They also don't have enough staff for viewings leaving you to do their job! If you like to be kept updated and want reports (not too much to ask)your met with poor attitude and empty promises. The sales techniques are also below standard. AVOID.... Read more

Very contradictory in communication, which we only got when I phoned. We had an offer a couple weeks in, but they weren't in a position to proceed, but to them we had our buyer so they didn't need to sell our house. Instead, they got the house over the road to drop their price to create competition, that house sold first and I was then told it was good, as now there was no direct competition!! The man we primarily dealt with was more interested in talking to prospective buyers about his previous job than being an estate agent.... Read more
