Estate agents are good, but maintenance was incredibly poor, we had a guy come round to measure up the plastic roofing for a lean to, he had no tape measure he just took big steps saying 1 meter, 2 meter etc. Of course he was wrong and had to go to get some more plastic roofing. The old plastic roofing, he just smashed it to bits rather than taking it off in whole piece by unscrewing the screws! He left so much Sharp plastic shards it took me 3 hours to clean up, just so my daughter could play safely in her back garden again. And what makes it worse, is he put it on the wrong way round!...
