It has been over 3 years and still the site manager Sean Horner is as helpful as ever.
This young man always replied straight away to any queries or problems one have
He is always trying his best to sort out our problems
One of our kitchen tap handle keep getting loose
Sean came the very next day and straight away contacted the manufacturer and got a new replacement at no cost to us
Sean is truly an asset to this company

It was just over 2 years at 3 Pearl House
I am very impressed with Sean Honor for his prompt reply and action each time an email was sent to him
Last week, I emailed him regarding a faulty kitchen cabinet and a damp patch on the bathroom wall
Sean responded to my email straight away
The very next working day, he arranged for it to be seen by the workman and kitchen unit supplier
The new kitchen unit was ordered and will be delivered within 12 weeks
The damp patch was seen by the builder
Arrangement was made
The workman came yesterday to sort it out and repaint it
Not only that, Sean had the workman to touch up some small stains on the wall in the kitchen too,
How cool was that!
What a first class service always, handed out by Sean
