I purchased an investment property through Ravina at Mann estate agent. She was there all through even though the puchase process took a while (due to the seller) by giving regular updates. She was very professional, able to answer all questions and was ready to provide additional assistance by referring me to their letting department once the purchase was completed and mortgage advice at the early stage. The most amazing thing was that she dropped the keys to me on completion day as the seller did not get this across to her at a good time. I will recommend Ravina and Mann estate agent.

Very happy with Manns wonderful responsive service! Jeffrey was very proactive and found me great tenants within a week after the property had been on the market with another agent for a while. Would definitely recommend Mann and Jeffrey in particular.
