Antoniya is a great estate agent. We were new to London, and had heard scary stories about estate agents before coming here, but meeting Antoniya put our minds at ease. She is extremely warm and friendly, and showed us exactly the kind of flats that we wanted to see. We finally ended up taking the very first house she showed us! Would definitely recommend her to anyone relocating to London.
**THE MOST DISGRACEFUL** real estate agency that one can ever experience in spite of very high agency fee (almost half a grand).
Before Foxtons, I never had to live a life where I had to move into a flat with no hot water, a washing machine covered in round of mould, and a ripped mattress with bugs around.
I have requested to remove this soiled mattress after getting my own mattress on the day of move in and it took them ten days to finally come up with a solution: to liaise with the Council on my own (with no estimated time frame and the wrong council contact at first) as this is the most 'economical' option for this 'furnished' property that they hold no liability for such removal. What a self contradictory statement.
This clearly leaves me with two options: either 1) to pay high fees for immediate removal service hire or 2) to wait for weeks for the Council to collect it. Nothing but incompetent property management service - Thank you for a huge life lesson that high price tag doesn't mean quality, though.
Great experience with Morgan Randall so far!
Special thanks to Scarlett May who have showed me some units around E14 yesterday evening, who have demonstrated good knowledge of the area/properties.
She's extremely friendly and understands my requirement just after a quick phone call. All the units that are recommended by her are totally something I'm interested in. Great experience with her, highly recommended.

I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service.
On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.
I have been renting through bigmove for around four years now and they have always been willing to help me with any issues I have experienced during my stay. A few personal circumstances cropped up throughout my tenancy but they were a hundred percent understanding throughout.
Now my tenancy is over, I am looking to buy a property and I have already viewed 2 through bigmove and really hope they are the agent dealing with the one I decide to purchase!
(My tenancy deposit was returned swiftly also & they arranged the check out at a suitable time for me)
Fussy as I may be, I can't complain, overall happy with their service!
i tried to buy a flat with them in london in the last 6 months, they kept raising the price with some ridicoulus excuse...is been a big wasting of time and money. the branch in hackney is useless and the people at the phone are rude. i don t recomend them to anyone
Very polite and efficient management. The agent I dealt with had been very patient and understanding with me, and the other staff had also been accomodating.
I found them to be very honest, and thorough in their dealings (a quality much needed in the letting business).
I stayed in their properties for a year under two short contracts.
Am very happy when dealing with them, and would highly recommend :)
Don't believe what they tell you at viewings (especially about the flatmates), and don't fall for how chilled out they act. I rented in a flat with the worst flatmates that were very noisy and were in the flat all the time, while the agent described them at the viewing as very discreet with one of them not being there much. It was a ridiculous lie. The flat was bad, too - it was the only one with single glazed windows in the area, and it was absolutely freezing in the winter, I felt like a stray dog. It was bad. The agent was responsive, though, but forgot to mention all the inconvenient things about the flat (oven not working etc). But I won't give more than 2 stars because I felt really betrayed about the way the flat was sold to me. Really disappointing experience.
Edit: I am changing my review to 1 star because after seeing my Google Maps review, the agency made me come to their office to confront me, otherwise I wouldn't get my deposit back. Ridiculous behaviour.
I sold my property with Dexter’s in Hackney and could not be more impressed with the service I received. The staff were approachable, hard working and motivated to sell the property, but kept in mind my own personal needs. Jodie, was especially great, she listened to what I said and was really helpful whenever I needed more information or clarification on anything. I am so grateful for all of their help and could not be happier with the end result (I sold my property above the asking price- even though it was on with other agents). Thanks again- great work guys!
I am enjoying their unsolicited post ever since my house was put on the market through a different estate agent.
I especially enjoyed queuing up for twenty minutes in the post office to pick up a letter that had postage due on it. This turned out to be another one of Dexter's unsolicited letters that they had failed to put any postage on.
