Very poor communication, made offer on house that was informally agreed with vendor at viewing. Made formal offer and agent refused to phone back to confirm for over a week then finally phoned that property was now under offer from someone else. Shame as they lost out on another 5 investment property's that we might have bought. Worst agent we have dealt with in Holbeach.
