Have been arranged a letting viewing from agent Anna but been stood up at the property without any prior notice, a totally waste of time and transportation cost. Without any reply/feedback/apology then. Will definitely avoid any letting property listed from the agent.

Had the best experience with Shelly-Ann, helped us to find a house and with the offer process and paperwork that followed.
Update: not even a week into our tenancy starting the property has a lot of major issues left from previous tenants such as mattress being covered in what looks like blood and mould and no one is answering or taking accountability. We were not expecting for this to be such a scam.
