A heartfelt thank you to Chris, David and Bethany at Loveitts, Southam ,Warwickshire for their welcome to me as a vendor and deferential, empathic, consideration to me as executor of a deceased estate. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and endurance throughout the long, lonely winter of viewings and their handling of a vulnerable sale in order to achieve a just and fair price for our property. I was particularly taken with the time that Chris gave to the concerns of the neighbours of the property so ensuring the safeguarding of the environment in his marketing strategy. My thanks to David whom I met most often at the property and in the office, for his friendly and professional handling of everything and everybody. And, my very grateful thanks to Bethany for her superb administrative skills and courteous manner as she kept me informed regularly by telephone and email about what was happening.
