Once you buy house, nobody is happy to help you. Women on help line very rude, attitude and arrogantive. After 3years massive leek from roof coming into kitchen, called customer service and been told guarantee is gone so nothing to deal with them... not even a single good word. Highly NOT recommend!!!

Had a house reserved here and was assured we were first in line once the ball gets rolling .The house has now been given to someone else and haven't heard a word from the developers. Missed out on our dream home
