Think carefully before buying with Lovell. They are very good at taking money, but not good with aftercare or being open throughout the buying process. For example, not telling us the garden would be sloped or that the property measurement DO differ from the show homes (despite being told the measurements would be EXACTLY the same). Less than a year in, and we’re noticing sinks aren’t level, huge cracks are appearing, mould appearing and if you have any problems it’s like drawing blood trying to get help and respect from the after care team.
