Getting a phone call every Tuesday to give you and update, letting you know thoughout the process what is happening. Didn’t get this from the solicitor. I was with a well know estate agent for 14 week, only one ofer which I rejected. Thur 08/03/18 Peter and Chris from Lovelle Estate Agent came to to take some photos of my property. Tues 13/03/18 Chris came back to take more photos, because the first one's looked dark my property went on the market that day. Wed 28/03/18 Four people had viwed my property. Two had made me an offer. Sat31/03/18 I accepted the offer on my property.
If your are looking for an estate agent how do the viewing for you. You receive feed back from the viewing and like me sell you property in 18 days look no further.
The staff Peter (boss) trained as a suryeyor, been selling property for many years. Rachal in the office knows everything and more, about the property market. Chris a very pleasant and likable young man. Nothing to much trouble for any of them
