I have recently come to the end of an almost 10 year tenancy with LP&M and I cannot rate the superb service LP&M have offered me as a tenant highly enough. Any issues I had with the property were addressed immediately and safety inspections were always carried out promptly. I dealt mainly with Anne Buggy and if you are lucky enough to come across Anne you will understand why I speak so highly of this agent. Anne has a wealth of knowledge and an extremely professional, understanding approach and is a joy to deal with. The end of tenancy was as smooth as the start with my deposit returned promptly. Absolutely terrible company refused to give back the deposit as promised forced us to stay beyond time agreed lies about listings severely over priced rent for terrble builds bad ventilation no Phoneline no car spaces no work after build was finish and terrible customer service do not rent with this company they are garbage...
