Impossible to contact. Once they had my money they never responded. Did not return my deposit to me, instead sent it to my co-tenant and I had to negotiate with her to get it back. Still not got it.

I've called to arrange a viewing of a property advertised on your website, I was greeted by Lee, whom he explained that I am not able to book a viewing as I need a guarantor... I was quite surprised by this request as I have requested only to book a viewing. Long story short I have asked my English friend to call and arrange a viewing of the same house, surprise, surrise when the same Lee was more than happy to book him in. Racist much LS Lettings?!
Update: I have made a formal complaint and send it via post, however after the letter being signed in as received was returned to me as the owner did not request this. Maybe listen to that phone conversation again, you have asked me to come with a guarantor just to book a viewing. The fact that my partner is self employed and can't book a viewing it is discriminative. Maybe listen to that part when I have told you that our landlord is selling the house and you said: "yeah, we hear that all the time".
I am adding a copy of my complaint that was sent back by you:
I am writing you today to make an official complaint against Lee, concerning a phone conversation on the 07th of March, 2018, 10:19 am
I called LS Lettings on the 7th of March 2018, to arrange a viewing for the property located in Northcote Road, I was greeted by Lee, unfortunately I do not a have a surname as he did not provide one, and instead of arranging a viewing I was subjected to an interrogatory, with questions like: “How long have you been in the country?”, “Why do I need a three bedroom property?” “Are you sure you can afford to pay rent?” “What happened that are you looking for a property?” and to top it all I was asked for a guarantor just to arrange a viewing. The derogatory answers that I got from Lee, also, made me write this complaint.
The request made by Lee is discriminatory and racist, as you can see below, my friend who happens to be English did not get the same treatment.
As the request to supply a guarantor to book a viewing is uncommon, later during the day I have asked my English friend, Mark Silvestre, to call LS Lettings for the same house, the same Lee greeted Mark too, Mark was not subjected to an interrogatory like I was and he was able to book a viewing.
Both calls would still be in your data base, therefore I request a copy of these. I made the call at 10:19 am and lasted 12 minutes and 29 seconds and Mark’s call was at 16:43 pm and lasted 2 minutes and 39 seconds.
Please reply to this complaint within 14 days, as I was advised to do so by the Equality Advisory & Support Service. I will take this complaint further to the Housing Ombudsman, The Property Ombudsman, Ombudsman Services: Property, National Landlords Association, National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents.... Lee at LS Lettings, an independent agency helped me find a tenant for the spare room in my property. He ensured that I was fully aware of the process at all times with everything being explained in an easy to understand manner. He was always available and always patient. Having had previous experience with other agents both as a landlord and a tenant I was blown away by the quality and friendliness of his service, always being happy to go that extra mile and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and his agency.
It was an added bonus that when my tenant arrived she was also happy with the service she received from him as a tenant saying how approachable and friendly he is - she also mentioned that his fees are very reasonable compared to some other agencies she had been in contact with.
