Joe was fantastic came round was confident and recognised the importance of marketing (which other agents didn’t). He also clearly advised me on the plan and the fees were fair and straight forward unlike other agents that quoted high fees . Everything went smoothly I would highly recommend. Poppy’s communication was great.

It is incredibly disappointing that during the entire tenancy, we had no issues with the real estate until it came to our deposit and the false and unethical means in which your agency withheld our deposit.
Delayed Deposit Refund: Our deposit was not promptly refunded until we explicitly requested it on multiple accounts.
False Claims and Manipulated Evidence: Your agency attempted to withhold our deposit under false pretenses, including baseless claims of damage to the property. Manipulated evidence and deceitful practices were employed, breaching our trust and constituting unethical behavior.
Consistent Photographic Evidence: Upon review, all photographic evidence presented by your agency remained consistent with the property's condition at the time of our departure. This casts doubt on the validity of claims made regarding damage to the property. Not to mention the check in report and check out report, were the EXACT same, with the dates changed, (not even all of the dates were right, poor form trying to manipulate the documentation).
Failure to Address Concerns: Despite our attempts to rectify the situation through communication, our emails were ignored, and no action was taken by your team until legal intervention was taken.
Purposeful Delay in Deposit Return: Only after involving TDS did we finally receive the return of our deposit, indicating a deliberate prolongation of the process to accrue interest.
All of this overrules any positive experience we had during the tenancy.
