When it was time for us to sell, we did some research both online and by talking to people we know locally and quite frankly Ludemans was the one agent who stood out. Soon we gave Dexter a call and he popped over the same evening for a chat to discuss our position etc. and we were immediately impressed. He came across very experienced, patient and attentive. He was happy to answer our many questions in detail and was not pushy at all. He gave us a realistic valuation which we were happy with and we decided to go with him - but then the pandemic hit so all was put on hold for a bit! When estate agents were allowed to do business again, Dexter and Sarah both did an excellent job with viewings and soon enough they got us a good offer which we accepted with ease. Selling is never easy but the pandemic made it even more stressful with the conveyancing delays coupled with the stamp duty holiday deadlines, yet Dexter and Sarah just soldiered on and kept the deal together throughout by managing the situation continuously with great care and professionalism. We can't thank them or recommend Ludemans high enough, and if Carlsberg did estate agents, they would be Ludemans!... Read more

Ludemans were fantastic, from start to finish. Dexter offered honest, reliable and accurate advice to us when we first engaged Ludemans. There was no pushy sales tactics, no nonsense sales spin or inflated claims of performance - just a professional, friendly and honest appraisal of our home, it's value and the market in general. Following the excellent advert created by Ludemans, we had viewings arranged within a week, and were under offer within three weeks. Throughout, Dexter and Sarah offered feedback and advice to us, and reliable honest local advice for potential buyers. We chose Ludemans to sell our home and we’re very pleased we did. We did our research beforehand and Ludemans provided a personal, straight-forward and honest service. There was no pushy sales pitch, viewing and valuation was a pleasant, calm experience. Viewings by staff who knew the house were carried out in a very professional manner and we received good feedback within 24 hours. Ludermans negotiated a good price on the sale of our house, which we were happy with. There was a lengthy chain and, due to other professionals in the chain not doing their job in a timely manner, there was some anguish nearer exchange/completion dates. Ludemans remained calm, provided updates and did their best to get the sale through. I have no hesitation recommending Ludemans. Dexter recently sold our house for us and did an amazing job. He advised us on a sensible price to market the house at and didn’t inflict the usual estate agent sales pitch on us. Dexter had potential buyers lined up, booked lots of viewings in and we had a sale agreed within four weeks. Ludemans provides a personal service that none of the other local estate agents can compete with - Dexter is the only person you speak to which removes any potential communication issues and provides you with confidence that everything is being dealt with in a timely manner. We decided just before lockdown to look into selling our house. Dexter came and gave us a very competitive valuation. Unfortunately due to timings we had to wait until restrictions had been lifted. Dexter was of great help and priced our property well. We had 9 viewings booked within the first couple of days of listing. With additional exposure on social media and a video walk round, this helped to reduce viewings to only serious buyers. Dexter always kept us informed of developments and definitely went above and beyond to get our sale through as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Ludemans, and have already! Ludemans were absolutely excellent! Dexter was professional and friendly, the Rightmove pictures were amazing and communication was excellent all the way through the process. We were given immediate feedback after viewings and regular updates as the sale was progressing. Throughout the entire process, Dexter was the only person that we didn't need to chase. We always managed to get through on the phone and always had a quick response to any emails that were sent which was refreshing. We had a tight deadline that we were working to and Dexter did absolutely everything he could to make sure that everything moved as quickly as it could which was really appreciated. My house sold within 1 week of being listed which was brilliant and following on from that Dexter kept in touch throughout the whole process, with professional yet friendly service. We recently used Ludemans to sell our house and couldn't be happier with the service. We considered using the bigger local agents, but the competitive price and personal approach led us to choose Dexter and we are glad we did. Through no fault of anybodies, we lost a couple of buyers along the way, but this just seemed to make him more determined to sell - in the end we sold 3 times over, with the house on the market for less than 2weeks in total!
