Jake and his team at Ludlow where thoroughly professional from start to finish. They got a huge number of property viewings and ended up securing us 3 offers, including one over the original rental valuation of the property. They were kind, courteous, mindful and responsive. Both my wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the service offered and received,. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have just begun my search for a property, upon my first interaction with Alex he was very in formative giving any information I needed about properties freely and promptly. He really helped me get an idea of what I was looking for by showing me a range of properties I might not have considered. I couldnt have asked for a better agent.

Never ever go with this agency. Only if I could give a 0. Or negative. They will make everything so complicated and never ending that you feel frustrated and humiliated. They lied to us multiple occasions and mislead us several times. The last thing that they tried is to charge us 150£ for turning the heating on. Although we told them there is nothing wrong with the heating, the knobs are missing from the radiators and we need help. They said it is not their responsibility to help us.... Worst agency I have ever been with. I still have no heating...
