Never ever go with this agency. Only if I could give a 0. Or negative. They will make everything so complicated and never ending that you feel frustrated and humiliated. They lied to us multiple occasions and mislead us several times. The last thing that they tried is to charge us 150£ for turning the heating on. Although we told them there is nothing wrong with the heating, the knobs are missing from the radiators and we need help. They said it is not their responsibility to help us.... Worst agency I have ever been with. I still have no heating...

Some questionable practices and misleading statements. Many reviews on various sites for this agency appear to be fake. Avoid.

Excellent experience and the process is automated and the best thing is that I do not have to be worried about the documents as its all available online. Ludlow Thompson at Bow were very prompt and organized in providing me with the information I needed in order to attain my tenancy for the flat I wanted. They have been extremely polite and approachable throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and queries

THE WORST ESTATE AGENT EVER!!!!! What a bunch of unprofessionals. I called about a property and spoke to Claire Bobie. She advised that the property was ready to be viewed and confirmed a viewing for 6.30. I also go a follow up email with viewing confirmation. No one turned up for the viewing and she did not answer my phone call either(her mobile that is). I then sent email back to her and it's been nearly a week and she has not bothered to call me back to explain herself. I had wasted my time and made a lot of effort to attend the viewing. I felt really disappointed. I won't be doing any future business with these bunch of unprofessionals again. I will also advise others to stay a away from them.

Awful experience - highly recommend NOT to use these agents. Communication is unprofessional, lacks transparency. Even worse, agents lied that they had received offers on the property I was interested in when this was clearly not the case (I double checked with other agencies that communicated directly with landlord and confirmed there were no other offers). I couldnt stress enough how you should avoid this agency.

Ludlow Thompson - Acton

I have had excellent service from the lettings team over the last 3 years. They have helped me find tenants on their rent collection service for more than 10 properties. Bhavik has been the man at the front end of this and has been exceptional. I have been a landlord for more than 15 years and own many properties but since dealing with Bhavik i have had no issues with rent or my tenants. The service is quick, efficient, reliable and stress free. Some may feel the fee's are slightly high but for the peace of mind of having good tenants on a long term contract and the legal and rental warranty there is no substitute. Great work to Bhavik and his team I hope you remain there for many more years and keep up the work.
