All very good at keeping in touch.
The initial valuation was far too high and then after a few viewings price was reduced twice and then sold at a much lower price than initial valuation. This suited me, but had I needed a higher price to buy my next property the flat would still be for sale or withdrawn from sale

My partner and I always respected their opinion with tenants and the market, and Jacob was especially insightful in giving us guidance on the rental market, through all the different tenants we had over the years. We rented a house through them.
At first, it was great, we generally spoke to one guy who was amazing (Hassan), we later found out he was no longer working for the agency, I wonder why...
After her left, it was an useless experience. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to scam us 250 pounds to remove hair from the property. Our landlord (they never came or saw the place) trusted their word and had no idea that their request was ridiculous and unfair. The property was clean, so we demanded an explanation + we let them know that it was illegal to ask tenants to pay for the cleaning at the end of tenancy.
We obviously did not pay. Good luck if you have to deal with them, and have patience.
