Unprofessional staff, more importantly, the Sales Manager of the office 'John' is a BULLY! Upon seeing other reviews, I see this particular person has been reported by other buyers as well for his bullying harassing attitude. The treatment I was met with was exceptionally rude, demeaning and harassing. I was categorically told buyers are not their customers and they don't care or have much time for buyers. I wonder who'll buy the property if there were no buyers!. Being a potential buyer, I contacted them to view a property. I was 6 mins. delayed. Upon arriving I called twice and texted the agent on his mobile without any response. Upon calling the office landline, the agent said he left within 5 mins. without bothering to call me. He mentioned he'll come back in 2 mins. He came after 15 mins. by which time it was already too late as I had to leave for office so couldn't view the property. More importantly, he was accompanied by his said boss the Sales Manager who treated me exceptionally rudely. Having had a very good experience with other LudlowThompson offices, I am shocked by such a harassing bullying attitude and would rather miss out on a property that's advertised through them than having to deal with such harassment. Equally, do not recommend or wish anyone to deal with this agency or the Sales Manager.

Poor unprofessional services. Do not give any personal details - waste of time .Requested information about property they promoted. Agent was out of enthusiasm- mess asking for my details standard cheap agent procedure. Obviously property wasn't available. Such a scam.

Seriously poor service. When completing on a flat I had a very aggressive "John" phone me up and pressure me to sign a contract I wasn't yet 100% sure of. He took advantage of my young age and the money I was spending. You shouldn't be made to feel this uncomfortable when purchasing a property! Very unprofessional.

Never ever go with this agency. Only if I could give a 0. Or negative. They will make everything so complicated and never ending that you feel frustrated and humiliated. They lied to us multiple occasions and mislead us several times. The last thing that they tried is to charge us 150£ for turning the heating on. Although we told them there is nothing wrong with the heating, the knobs are missing from the radiators and we need help. They said it is not their responsibility to help us.... Worst agency I have ever been with. I still have no heating...

Awful experience - highly recommend NOT to use these agents. Communication is unprofessional, lacks transparency. Even worse, agents lied that they had received offers on the property I was interested in when this was clearly not the case (I double checked with other agencies that communicated directly with landlord and confirmed there were no other offers). I couldnt stress enough how you should avoid this agency.

Ludlow Thompson - Acton

I have had excellent service from the lettings team over the last 3 years. They have helped me find tenants on their rent collection service for more than 10 properties. Bhavik has been the man at the front end of this and has been exceptional. I have been a landlord for more than 15 years and own many properties but since dealing with Bhavik i have had no issues with rent or my tenants. The service is quick, efficient, reliable and stress free. Some may feel the fee's are slightly high but for the peace of mind of having good tenants on a long term contract and the legal and rental warranty there is no substitute. Great work to Bhavik and his team I hope you remain there for many more years and keep up the work.
