I became a landlord by default because I inherited a property and I was recommended Mansfield by a friend. They have now been my agent for over five years and they have done an absolutely brilliant job. They are very professional in all of their dealings and take the care to ensure that suitable tenants are sourced. One of the things that has really impressed is that they ensure the tenants are well served as well as looking after the interests of the landlord and a take a pragmatic view to managing the property. I must admit that I was initially sceptical about renting a house and as I have experience of being a tenant in the past myself. However they have made the whole process very easy for me indeed. The reason I have written this review is that they have achieved way over and above my expectations that I felt the need to write about it. I would definitely recommend them for both landlords and tenants alike.... Read more
