Professional environment but with a real feel of Unkind, Selfishness in the air making them the perfect Duo. A very inconsiderate pair of Vultures. Take, Take, Take isn't that right Stephanie.. Smiles to your face with a vicious, envious, self centred, UNGRATEFUL, greed and bitter in her trait but hides it well unless you obverse.. Jealousy is an ugly look! Extremely ungrateful and unkind. Julian's only focus is to make money and more money. He has absolutely no feelings or consideration for anybody but himself and of course his love for money. Rent is increased annually. BE PREPARED. IF THERE IS A DEATH IN YOUR FAMILY, JULIAN WILL ONLY FOCUS ON HIS PAYMENT NOT THE PROBLEM YOU ARE FACED WITH. HIS PRIORITY IS MAKING AND TAKING MONEY. A VILE, HEARTLESS MAN! During my stay (1.5years) in Penge I was randomly targeted whereby my car was deliberately damaged on a regular basis. After spending thousands on my car I decided to inform Julian of these issues and that I can no longer stay at this address and have to move. I provided one month notice but Julian refused to break the contract especially as he was fully aware of the situation. As expected from a man like him, I was charged for the flat whilst it was vacant and no deposit returned. Julian is a thoughtless person and does not treat others how he would like to be treated. Perhaps if he did, he may be a little more empathetic and discover feelings for others not just himself.... Read more
