ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO PUT SOMETHING. Worst landlady I've ever been so unfortunate to come across. She lied right from the start of my tenancy and talked to me with a self-importance that she really thought she was better than everyone else. Don't believe anything she says, she'll be nice to you at the start, but when she's got your money the lies will start to come out. At the end of my tenancy I left the flat sparkling, but she felt she had the right to use a portion of my cash to re-paint my room and put new curtains up, when there was no damage to the walls of my room and there had never been any curtains in my room? STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL WOMANS PROPERTIES IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DONT WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH A HABITUAL LIAR!... Read more

The only estate agent that I found that do not charge extortionate admin fees or fake 'renewal fees' or 'tenancy agreement fees'. Excellent and fair with their handling of the check out and deposit.... Read more

If I could give half a star (or zero) I would. On the day of the appointment, the director showed up 30 minutes late 'cause she forgot we booked a viewing for a house. She then brought us to the house and during the drive she started asking questions (and repeating them over and over) about my job, how would I pay for the house if I still didn't have one (not caring about my partner having a pretty good one). She finally showed a pretty racist attitude when specifying that the owner of the house we were interested in wasn't of a specific nationality she mentioned, but an English person living abroad, despite the fact that we didn't ask about that. I'd never wish this estate agency upon anybody, not even to my worst enemy.... Read more

Excellent estate agent, was a tenant for two years. Addressed a leak from the flat above straight away as soon as it happened and I revived my deposit back in full at the end of my tenancy. Always helpful and attentive.... Read more

Terrible agency, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Takes your £700 to book a flat for which they can't even contact the landlord and have to cancel everything after 10 days waiting. So now we have no flat and we need to find one within 2 weeks since we gave notice. Very poor communication, no reply to emails, I literally had to call everyday to get answers. They are very fast to take your money but terrible for everything else. Thankd god they gave me back the money but because of them we are in a critical situation to find a flat.... Read more

Worst real estate agency I have dealt with so far. I made a viewing appointment today and was told by Lucia that we would meet at their office at 11am. At 11am, there was no one in sight, nor was the office open. I tried calling the office number many times - this was the only point of contact offered. We waited until 11.30am, but didn't see anyone nor received any contact from Lucia. We even confirmed with Lucia via phone the day before.... Read more
