Poor service lost my deposit wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

Then only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give minus 1... bad experience we couldn’t sell the house with them, they just pretended to keep drop the price market down for quick sell... the end ? After 1 year we didn’t sell our property and we end it up to pay a fee of £500!!!
Poor service they never do monthly review, they will never tell you what’s the best action to take (with Newman we did have monthly review to check the enquires and who enquires)
EXPENSIVE AGENT AND THEY CHARGE COMMISSION FOR NOTHING!

Awful company! We have to pay fee of £500 with house not sold ridiculous NOT RACOMMENDED!!
customer service TERRIBLE!!

-late replay on the emails
The house didn’t show up on Zoopla or others platform.
They don’t use social media (TO CONSIDER NEWMAN DIS TRY ALL THE BEST TO SELL THE HOUSE Even swapping PHOTOS AND VIDEOS every week with monthly review)

Maison properties have rented out two of my properties over many years. They are professional and their customer service is brilliant. None of my tenants have ever had a complaint about their experience.

Have recently rented my property through Maison Properties and can honestly say they couldn’t have been more helpful. Best rental price achieved that I could have hoped for and great service provided, superb professional Tennant’s.

After just moving out of a property managed by Maison Properties, I was shocked at how little customer service there was for exiting tenants. Wouldn't recommend at all.
