This is not an estate agency, it is an Asian grooming gang. We sent them office cleaners and not a few months go by that the boss' son, Niall, starts harassing one of them asking them to come to his house at 6:30pm on a Saturday for cleaning ^job^, then some poor miscreant named Aman starts asking the same cleaner to come to his rented shed and clean it for less than what we were paying her (which was 100% anyway). He then asks our company to give him 10% from all the cleaning jobs which the agency was giving, because he needs money for food (and that is why he is working there dressed like a paperboy).
Highly unprofessional, his mate Amit starts asking for the same percentage from jobs, then the receptionist there starts poaching our team members by asking them to work for less than what we were paying them (which was 100% of the job vaue) & even to clean her house foe free.
The boss has no idea of what is going on, and some of the staff there expect subcontractors to give them a percentage of the jobs value. They expect cleaners to work for them for the minimum wage or even for free (whereas we were paying them £15ph).
This is not a professional company, best to keep away and go for the proper ones like Foxtons, Rawlingstone Gold, Ellis & Co which are just close nearby.
You have no idea how they talk about clients & what they do in the properties people have trusted them to rent or sell.
Keep away from these thieves and amateurs, you've been forewarned.

They haven’t sense how to welcome people in their office and also they haven’t sense about how to give a costumer service. Genuinely behaviour is very rudely who is sitting in front with wearing a suit he has no sense to talk with a person. Terrible attitude.

They don't even talk with us politely.
The man is continuously on his call we waited for 10 minutes but he behaved so rudely with us and directly said No to Us without knowing our details and what we want.

Too much rude behaviour for students even we accept all terms and conditions also have all the required documents and all. Ready to pay the rents in advance but still they talked in very rude manner to us and said directly no even they haven’t taken our contact details.

Amazing experience with Major Estates led by Mr Dinesh, who was able to utilise industry expertise and vast network of contacts to get us the best mortgage rates possible in this high interest rate market and help us in the mortgage application process. The wider team has also been great throughout the process, such as Sanket, who has also helped Mr Dinesh extensively in the process to provide a great service to me and my wife. Very highly recommended.
