Absolutely appalling company.
I put an offer in on a premise to rent. Rang twice to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they couldn't get hold of the client, which is fair enough, xhowever I was also told they were going to ring me by the end of the day which they didn't. Day 2 not even a phone with an update.

Maltbys manage my shops and flats ( rent collecting - tenant interviewing - sorting any repair issues ect ect ) which makes owning tenanted properties stress free .
Forget managing your own rentals pass them over to Maltbys and put your feet up .

Maltbys helped me sell my property last summer. My property was listed for 3 working days before Maltbys hard work secured an offer for me.
The sale itself was a tricky process due to the paperwork from the previous sale not being in order, however Maltbys acted with the utmost care and professionalism throughout the entire process. Maltbys were always on the end of the phone, no matter how big or small the problem giving me reassurance and regular updates.
They were also able to advise on fantastic 3rd party support, such as recommended photographers, which was a huge help and timesaver! Thank you so much to Gemma and her team for making a very stressful process as easy and seamless as possible.

Terrible customer services. Especially the manager at the Bexhill branch. Any problems she cannot handle, she slams the phone down. Be warned. They are fine when everything is running smooth, but if you got a problem, you will have fun trying to sort it, especially with there manger. Rating 0/10
She even got my name wrong when I gave her our address????????????????????????????

A complete turn around, I’m
Very pleased to say. This completely new team are on the ball! Very approachable, proactive and highly communicative.
They have sent tradesmen around (same day where they could) they keep a check, to see if they actually arrived, and done the work satisfactory. Explained what was happening. Listened carefully to the problems and dealt with them.
I can’t rate them highly enough.
They may have trouble shaking off their old reputation. But as long as these ladies are in charge, I would want to go anywhere else!

Poor communication. Rude and abrupt. Long delays with giving back deposit even though we’ve NEVER missed a rent payment. Terrible with getting repairs done and then try to blame you with shoddy “repairs” from supposedly “highly skilled handy repairmen” what a complete joke!...
