The worst agents I have ever dealt with. The property we moved into wasn't cleaned beforehand. There was mould stains around windows, dead spiders hanging from drawers, rubbish in the bin, dried food spilled out into the drawers and cupboards. I had to delay my move in date because the unfinished apartment was still very much furnished. I had to source them a removal van only for them to turn up late meaning I had to clear the furniture out at 5 months pregnant. After 3 weeks, the bath cracked and collapsed because the supports had rotted away. It took 3 weeks for them to fix this. Rising damp and mould plagued us for 6 months where we were told it's not a priority despite my being asthmatic and pregnant and having a toddler. It took a call to environmental health to start getting things sorted and even then they lied about what works were booked in. One of the worse things was probably having a faulty boiler that leaked for months. Email communications are so rude, particularly from Andrea and Mandy, we cannot bear to continue conversing with them and it's hard to log a complaint as they are 'not allowed to divulge details of senior managers'. They changed our direct debit forms by hand so you can see it's a staff member's handwriting then accused us of paying the rent a day late each month. It's just a shocking establishment with a disgusting way of conducting business. If you've a property to let, don't expect it to be managed well. If you're looking for a rental, don't expect anything once they have your deposit.

I received a first class service from Mann in Bromley in respect of the sale of my property. I was kept updated at all times and any queries or concerns I had were dealt with both promptly and professionally. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and they often went out of their way to facilitate the process. This resulted in a successful sale free from the stress and worry that can be associated with buying and selling property. Well done and thank you!

Absolute pleasure working with Steve and his team. Despite some pretty trying circumstances, they really went the extra mile to assist us in selling our property. They were sincere, honest and had a sense of humour when it was most needed. They were empathetic to our needs and that of our buyers and offered great support throughout the process. Much appreciated!

Simply Incompetent , they never update you. We were in the process of buying a property from them and we actually had to do their job to make it happened. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. They have no clue of what is going on, after waiting 3 weeks to have some update, we phoned them and the answer we got was "I have emailed the seller once 3 weeks ago but he did not reply so I will call them sometime this week". We knew more about the property and the buying process than them. They don't even know what is going on the market. Example: Stamp Duty is a big issue at the moment for banks as it double every 25 years for some properties. More than 300 000 people have this issue in the UK. When we told them if they knew about it, they replied "No, I never heard this. Stamp Duty is not a problem at all to get a mortgage". Didn't know anything about the property (on a second viewing) One more thing, we had a second viewing after making an offer and we had couple of questions such as "is it double glazed?""is it under floor heating?" and "is it 24h concierge service? " and the answers were .... "I don't know." or "I am not sure". Rude Also, the agent who was supposed to meet us in front of the property, was hiding herself in the entrance, under the stairs.. and she was looking at us waiting for her in the street but did not bother coming and say hi.

After meeting with 4 realtors around London, these were the BEST!! International move to London on Thursday Oct 26, initially staying at an AirBnB. Leading up to this date, Jessica had been in contact with us regarding potential locations. My wife is the type who has a LOT of requirements about what she wants from an apartment. Jessica was super patient, and by Oct 27th had set us up for a viewing. It was EXACTLY all that my wife had requested! High ceilings, large windows, open floor plan. PERFECT! We viewed a total of 9 apartments in London, but no other realtors had really grasped what my wife was looking for (nor did I, apparently). However, the problem was the move-in date was set for Nov 30. Realizing this, Jessica quickly worked to find us a short let. Somehow, she and another Hampton's member Alexandra were able to get hold of the landlord, secure the apartment, fix the paperwork in less than 24 hours (Nov 2) and get us into the short let nearby while we wait on the other. Simply incredible service by both of them! As a sidenote, Jessica and Alex were professional, courteous, patient, and went over the top to allow me to leave my luggage and assist with solving payment issues through an international card while I waited to move into the short let. Highly suggest anyone moving to the area contact them first!!!
