Excellent service at the Kings Heath branch for our sale from Adam, Dayan and Abi. We were going to go with another estate agent but their valuation was much lower than what Dixons advised; Dixons were adamant they could sell the property for a much larger sum + they exceeded this and we had multiple bids on our property which went over the asking price in the end. Excellent service throughout the process - would recommend them if selling your house in Kings Heath.
Having dealt with many lettings agents during our 6 week long search I can honestly say that Bairstow Eves in Lavender Hill, in particular the manager Luis and the negotiator Veekesh outshone the competition by a mile. They were thorough, informative, listened to our requirements and on their recommendation we viewed a property that was perfect for us. Throughout the process they have been informative, kind and very patient thoroughly explaining the process, avoiding jargon at all times. I would absolutely recommend them as an agent to rent through but also for landlords wishing to let their property as they always have their clients best interest at heart. Thank you so much, Hannah, Saffron, Rachael & Leah.
Having had my house valued by Kings Heath Dixons, I have found it impossible to get a call back from them. They promise call backs from Abbi, but they never come. Also I live in Kings Heath post code. Kings Heath is a busy shopping centre with lots of foot traffic, yet they tell me I must go on the market with their Kings Norton branch which is hidden away in a place with little foot traffic and attracts people from a different area altogether. WHY and when did Dixons think they can dictate my choices. It makes sense to go on with Kings Heath they are closer to me, in my post code, more foot traffic for people going in store. They say its people use the internet now and it won't make a difference, if that's the case I may as well market it myself. Very disappointed.
