We used Hamptons International in Wimbledon village for the sale of our property. From the valuation of the property to the final completion in just around 13 weeks we couldn't have been more pleased. What is a stressful period for most, we felt we were in very good hands throughout. We were very impressed with the team at Hamptons, and particularly Richard Barnes who handled most of the transaction for us. During his absence, his colleague John was in charge and this was completely seamless. Richard's professionalism and 'nothing is a problem' attitude set him apart from the other 3 estate agents that we spoke to initially. I also would like to thank Helen in the office, who assisted us with producing an upgraded high quality glossy brochure, with great photographs, which we were proud to pass on to prospective buyers. Marketing is clearly a big part of selling a house, and with that we couldn't have been more pleased. The fees at Hamptons are not the cheapest, but they are reasonable for the level of service that you get. We will definitely recommend Hamptons Wimbledon in future.
