Very friendly staff and very helpful until the end. I would recommend them to anyone as they got me through buying my first property with no trouble. (Within reason for buying a house of course!)

We have recently moved into our new home and we couldn't thank Jessica and Lee for making it possible, everything has been extremely smooth sailing, they have kept in contact the whole time ,have given us updates and chased up anything that was missing! they have been great when talking about the home and answering any questions we had! I think selling a home is stressful. Also, I find people who make appointments to view your home as we all think to view as potential buyers Often time wasting to walk around your home but can't even respond after viewing, yet you change your plans on a bank holiday to accommodate them. It does make me wonder if it is about looking for a potential house or something else more concerning that makes you wonder.
We recently reduced our property by £25k infact 5 years ago was worth that reduced price then. Our house has room for 4/5 cars off road parking ready to move into, not like some I have seen. And yes, it's 130 year old cottage but with great character and a warmth to it clean and tidy has had new wet room,new windows, new boiler new kitchen and in great decorative order inside and out.
I get the impression buyers want a house for nothing. I feel estate agents should show responsibility in obtaining reviews, but having said that potential time wasters waste everyones time, most lie anyway. The funny thing is that I dont get about brand new houses . No one gets a reduced price from their asking price, and no one's says I buy it £25k cheaper than what their markets offer to you. Do they!
I find agents maket your property at a price they first give, then ask you to reduce it weeks later, which is always concerning.
I believe agents try very hard to sell your homes, but have to rely on what they are told in terms of property where's its situated what's important and true price and what they can afford.

I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

What Can I say! 5 stars all the way!
From the Get go the team have been outstanding. However I would like to especially mention Vivienne. Throughout the whole process of agreeing to rent a property with Mann lettings, vivienne's customer service has been exceptional, warm, Friendly, informative, polite and just overall amazing. I really cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and help through this process. Matt You have also made the whole situation so easy, and moving house is stressful for anyone!
