Absolutely unprofessional agency, they re-arranged a viewing for a flat twice with the excuse they had to move the viewings day and that no one would view it until the last arrangement.
They contacted the next day to cancel the viewing appointment as “the flat was rent by another agent”.
Better stay away, unreliable and unprofessional.

Outstanding service from Dan and Kirstey and the team at Mansons who rented out our student property for us.
We have a small portfolio and have been landlords for a number of years and have used a number of different agents over the years.
Mansons are by far the best!
Dan introduced us to Mansons and explained in detail about the services they offer to landlords.
We decided to use their services to find tenants for our student property in Heaton.
Kirstey met us at the property to carry out the property valuation and appraisal. During the appraisal, Kirstey gave advice on how to present the property at it's best, explaining what appeals to students.
The property was put on the market and the presentation of the property was exceptional.
The team at Mansons organised viewings very promptly, always showing respect to our tenants by giving them notice. (We have seen many agents in the past organise viewings without informing our tenants!)
Dan informed us about every viewing and gave us any feedback received. Very quickly tenants were found for our property.
Dan continued to keep us up to date throughout the whole process, from referencing, to the day the tenants moved in. He explained they use a very thorough vetting process which also ensures checks with previous landlords. ( We have been let down by other agents in the past with regards to their referencing checks)
We've also received excellent feedback from our new tenants who have stated they found dealing with Mansons a joy!

I can't recommend Mansons highly enough. I have received expert, honest and knowledgeable advice for all things property. From sourcing, buying and letting, Nick Manson and his team are consistently professional, efficient and friendly. Mansons have gone above and beyond and I am truly impressed with the customer service provided. I have dealt with a number of agents over the years and I can honestly say Mansons are one to trust.

Most unsupportive and unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Moved in to a house that was covered in mould and had to request the property be cleaned on numerous occasions only to receive a leaflet claiming the mould was down to condensation.
When the mould was finally cleaned by a contractor the work done was cheap and shoddy and problems resurfaced almost immediately. Then when it came to moving out we were requested to have the house professionally cleaned, which we did and they came back saying the house was not cleaned to a professional standard supplying pictures they took of the mould and other issues we came to them with at the start of the tenancy.
We were then charged out of our deposit for uncleanliness, even down to 1 grain of rice in a cupboard even though we had the whole house professionally cleaned. The deposit was only returned after constantly emailing and asking them for it 22 days after leaving the property. DO NOT USE THIS MONEY ROBBING COMPANY.

Absolutely outstanding service from Deborah, Dan, Kirsty and the team at Mansons who sold my father's property for us.
Throughout the full process, Deborah and the team were approachable, friendly and extremely efficient.
Nick, the owner of Mansons, carried out the property valuation and appraisal. Deborah who is in charge of sales came to the appraisal with Nick so that she could get to know the property well. This enabled her to talk in detail about the property to any interested customers, which I thought was a lovely touch. During the appraisal, Deborah and Nick gave advice on how to present the property at its best which I found really helpful.
The property was quickly put on the market and the presentation and photographs of the property were exceptional.
The team at Mansons organised viewings very promptly and very quickly we had an offer accepted on the property.
Deborah kept us up to date throughout the whole conveyancing process and she regularly chased solicitors for updates.
She made the whole process from start to finish very straightforward and stress free.
I've dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years and the team at Mansons are by far the best. I highly recommend them.
