Mansons were a great team with great customer help, but when it came to my flatmate and I leaving our tenancy we were wacked with a huge bill for cleaning that put a big dent into our deposit.

The flat was left spotless by my flatmate and I after cleaning for a whole day and following Mansons check out requirements. Was really disappointed by charge they gave us.

Apart from that, were helpful and understandable in any other queries we had.
