I wish there was an option to give less than 0 stars! Avoid at all cost! Not only when i moved in in the house was left in the filthiest possible way but previous tenant had left everything behind and nobody wanted to take care of it! The house hadn’t been looked after for decades! I refurbished it on my own cost (with a permission from the owner) a year after i got a notice. Despite the fact there was no inventory done when I moved in the requested me to pay £1800 for redecorating ???? more than triple of the deposit value! Of course I got my deposit back and they laughed at them. But money I put in into this house and stress is unbelievable!... Read more

I’ve found something more shabby than the houses up for sale, The customer service. Made to feel right at home, that being if my home was strangeways. If this was the last estate agency left in the world and the only one way to buy a house, I’d be homeless for sure. Lets not go down that street again... buying a house is a really risky business, just like Mark Warrens, you don’t know what your getting yourself.... Read more
