Not impressed. Provisionally agreed a site visit to Reiver Homes March Mount re bungalow development with a view to buying. Rihannah made the appointment on 15th Dec for a visit on 16th at 11am. The appointment would be confirmed later. No confirmation received. So I rang Your Move 9:15 on 16th prior to boarding a bus to come and visit. Amazed and disappointed that Your Move had no record of our planned site visit and could not accommodate us at time agreed. One star only given as no option to give zero stars.

Chris in the Sales department was very nice, but Oliver the Director of the lettings team was very rude. Beware if you are going to buy a buy to let property and not have them manage it!

Why aren't more agents like this? I bought my first house through the guys at Reeds Rains. From registering my details to collecting the keys they were all so helpful. The recommended their own mortgage advisor who talked me through the whole buying process and also got me a great rate!!
