I've always had a vey good experience with M&P and this time round / this office was no exception. The lettings agent (Marie) did an excellent job - communication was prompt and the whole process was transparent and straightforward. I never felt like someone is trying to offload some terrible property they have lying around (which applies to quite a few property agencies in London). It also feels like M&P pre-screen their properties more than other agencies do, which means one doesn't have to waste their time viewing some hideous man-caves. Will definitely contact M&P when I'm moving again.

We both found James very polite, well spoken and very accommodating.
He allowed us to see the flat several times, and informed us if he was away. He made sure we were taken care of.
Our first offer unfortunately fell through, it was no way his fault. He immediately made sure we had other flats to view following this and followed up on the viewings each time.
He was easy to contact.
I would recommend James as an estate agent.

I am being asked for a renewal fee for a flat I left 13 months ago. They have no right to a fee and they are either exceedingly dumb or grasping about this. I shall write more if they do not stop pestering me for £72 they did not earn nor ever asked for. I know they are estate agents, and nobody likes them, but do they have to be so thick?

Otherwise they did a fair job showing me around, and presumably earned handsomely from the deal at inception

Marsh & Parsons have been awesome during my search for a residence within London. We initially had quite a few individuals helping us through the process but Nic Elliot stood out for his professionalism and overall positive attitude.

Nic sat my partner and I down to gain an understanding as to what type of property we were looking for and from this he was able to help us narrow down our search. His ability to show us properties that fit our definitive (and borderline exhaustive) list of requirements has come back with an incredible success rate.

Furthermore, Nic's ability to come across as a stand up guy that just gets the pressure that we are feeling as a couple, who are new to the hustle and bustle of London has made us feel extremely comfortable and we will be recommending him to all our friends moving forwards.
