Staff are great from the start, very informative, they keep you up to date along the way evening making contact if there isn't really anything to report but at least it lets you know they haven't forgot about your property unlike some other estate agents. They give you their honest opinion regarding the sale of your house. The staff are extremely welcoming when you visit their office and nothing is to much hassle for them and they will help you out in anyway they can. Special shout out to Gem who is fantastic and goes out of her way to make things as smoothly as possible. We also used Christine for our mortgage and again this women never stops working always keeping on top of where your sale/purchase is at. Going out of her way to contact anybody involved if needs be. Getting us the best deal for our mortgage and much better than the numerous banks/building society's we went to direct. Although I have only mentioned Gem and Christine by name the whole staff within the Durham Office are great and are quite happy just to have a chat with you about things in general and do not make you feel like they want you out of the office. I would highly recommend using Reeds Rains and their mortgage arranging facility.
