Unbelievably awful.
I am a buyer and am fed up with the lies and misinformation the agents from this branch are spinning me.
Before the referendum they were desperately trying to push me into making an offer for an overpriced property on their books. `After the referendum the property market is going to go up because foreign buyers will pile into the market', the negotiator insisted. Well, it's now August and the property they were trying to sell me is still languishing, unsold, along with many other properties.
When I asked why this property was priced more than the same sized modernised house next door the agent replied sniffily, `oh, I don't know anything about that house'.
Woefully uninformed and patronizing to boot. Meanwhile they keep ringing me, trying to press me into viewing houses that do not remotely fit my spec. If a property does sound interesting I say, please can you email/send me the details, but they don't.
I did buy my current property from them a few years ago and the agents were polite and efficient. But those agents have since been replaced by shifty, poorly informed agents who know very little about their market or the properties they are trying to sell.

Miles rented us our property 18 months ago near Bishops Park and with the excellent level of service he demonstrated in finding us our home we decided to head to him again for our next rental! Once again Miles showed enthusiasm and competence and was able to secure our new home after he showed us around 6-7 wonderful properties in a single appointment, all of which ticked our requirements! This guy really takes the stress out of finding a property A++++

I have to say she was absolutely disorganized and didn't have any idea what is going on at her work place.
Due to the vast turnover of staff it seems as though there is very low level of customer care and client satisfaction
Useless estate agency unfriendly staff wouldn't recommend in any case.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a house in the Acton / Ealing area and were shown a house by Marsh and Parsons. We had our first showing of the house with Marissa Tavernier.
