In my view, it's a rarity for a tenant to express positivity towards a real estate agent, as their primary focus tends to be on the landlord's needs. Nevertheless, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the exceptional manner in which M&P Fulham, particularly Tom, the Sales Manager, and Phil Coombes managed a certain issue.
The experience was unexpectedly stress-free, and for that, I extend my gratitude to M&P.

Marsh and Parsons in Fulham have been excellent agents to me as a landlord and also fair to my tenants.
I strongly recommend using their services; Over the years they have proven to be fast & efficient by sourcing tenants within days of the property going on the rental market.
My tenants have also been impressed with Alex & her team organising all associated matters for their moving into their flats without any hitches; this is very reassuring when tenants & landlords are both pleased with the agent’s seamless services.

Terrible attitude. Not helpful in the slightest. They were aggressive when wanting payment before we even moved in. Taken over a month to fix minor problems. Flat was disgusting when we moved in. Not a care in the world. As a first time renter, this has completely ruined the excitement of moving out. Avoid at all costs.
