As a first time homebuyer in this particularly volatile and chaotic real estate climate, Oliver has truly been beyond outstanding in this whole process. He ensured everything went smoothly from the moment we had our first viewing, all the way to exchange and move in. He was inquisitive and asked us all of the right questions to make sure we were on track with everything on our end as well was the other parties involved. Oliver was always quick to respond to answer any and all questions we had - even worked after hours and while on his time off as well to help us out. This stressful experience of buying a flat for the first time was made much more endurable and pleasant because of Oliver. Recently used Marsh and Parsons to rent. Mike was responsible for arranging the viewing and everything after and he was amazing. He gave the most professional, friendly and helpful service possible. I have had previously negative experiences with estate agents but this has completely changed my mind! Even after the landlord decide to run the property independtly we were still able to contact Mike with any issues and he made sure it was his priority to resolve them - huge thank you!
