I am delighted with the professional and efficient service I am receiving from Marshalls in respect of the sale of my property. I had many viewings and accepted an offer within 4 weeks of my house going on the market with them. I cannot recommend this Estate Agent highly enough.

This is the second time dealing with Marshalls in Royston and both times they have been absolutely excellent. They demonstrated a high level of service throughout the entire process and clearly know the local market very well indeed. Viewings were well organised and communication was excellent at all stages of the transaction. They offered great advice throughout and in particular demonstrated a keen eye for detail that made a real difference to our thinking and decision making.

We had such a good experience with Marshalls and cannot thank them enough for being so helpful throughout our purchase of our first home. They are very responsive, professional and easy to communicate with. Vicky and Sarah have been so lovely throughout and were always willing to help and answer any questions we had. Vicky showed me around the house on the very first viewing and has been with us throughout the whole process - it has been nice to have a familiar face/voice at the end of the phone. Thank you again!

Sarah, Victoria and the team have been absolutely amazing in my recent purchase. It wasn't a straightforward purchase and they went above and beyond to move things along. As a first time buyer, I had plenty of questions which they were always happy and able to answer quickly and accurately. They have a vast amount of knowledge and expertise which kept me confident in their ability to resolve delays, it was a great relief to be in their capable hands. Thank you!

We have just completed our house sale with Marshalls. Sarah dealt with it all. She was really professional, helpful and caring all the way through. We had a very long drawn out sale which fell through a couple of times, but Sarah was always on the end of the phone with encouraging words and lots of prospective buyers wanting to view.
I would definitely use Marshall’s again and can highly recommend them.

The team are always incredibly professional but importantly for me responsive and detailed in the information they provide on the work that needs to be carried out - always looking to have a job done properly.
